Exchanges and returns

Items of satisfactory quality may be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that the item has not been used and its packaging, security seals, labels, appearance and consumer properties remain fully intact. Items showing signs of use, with a broken security seal or compromised presentation are not eligible for exchange or return.

If you have received goods that are faulty, damaged or otherwise non-compliant, please do not use them and contact us at tsuyuperfumes@gmail.com, attaching photographs and a detailed description of the situation. We will carefully review your enquiry and assist in resolving the matter in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
